In our 5000+ tours, no guest has ever been late or missed the ship. In the event that did happen, we cover transportation, housing, and expenses to get you back to your home port or the next port.

Ensenada is not a tender port, downtown is near the port, and our network of drivers work together and are in constant communication.

No Port No Pay

Ensenada’s only No Port No Pay Policy. If your ship does not port, automatic refund!

Free Cancelation 24-48-72hr

Refund with direct bookings (not Viator) and cancellations:

  • 24-hour for standard tours up to 8 passengers (in car and minivan).

  • 72 hour for large vehicle tours (urvan, craftsman, mini bus).

  • 48 hour for ATV Valle de Guadalupe.

  • 96 hours for the Yacht.

If the cruise ship cancels port, we refund! (direct bookings only)

If the cruise ship reschedules port day, we reschedule you!

If our tour is canceled for weather reasons, we refund deposit to you!

Loss of deposit possible if:

  • on or more confirmed participants do not arrive for tour

  • some activities (but not the tour) are canceled within 24 hours

For any prepaid service over 80$ via credit card that client cancels, q 1.9% fee is charged by credit card company. I will eat the fee on smaller refunds.

Privacy

We never share your name or information with other businesses.

Ensenada Massage, Ensenada Excursions and Tours, and Valle Mobile Spa are one business email list for clients. Jesse sometimes writes a newsletter email with travel info and updates.

Quotes

Are good for 14 days. Quotes are in USD cash for best price. Digital payment fee 5% venmo zelle, credit card upon request 2 days before please).

Based on the exact group size and activity, so may change if you add/ subtract people or activities. If one or more drop out, price per person may change.

Adjust your tour/transportation usually no problem. May result in price changes. More than 2 changes subject to $20 tip for super duper admin effort.

TAXES

Yes, All taxes are included in quotes. Both Mexican and USA. Only our digital fee is extra. Most tours are all inclusive.

REschedule

Ship changes port day, automatic reschedule no free!

If you schedule online on the wrong day and do not let us know (you should have email confirmations), our driver will be waiting for you . . . and waiting. No problemo, just a $20 fee to reschedule for the correct day. Hey, I gotta pay my guys for waiting;)

Factura / Receipts:

Yes, we can process US receipts upon request with upon request.

Dog & Cat REsuce:

We contribute monthly to Dog and Cat Rescue Los Adoptables. We invite guests to donate as well and we will match any donation up to $50. Just email us screenshot of of donation screen.

One of our key staff members is a dog rescuer, with 15 dogs currently!

Kids Under 4 Free

Discount for for kids under 4. Riding along is free (bufadora, wine tour). Doing activities has a cost (e.g. entering pai pai, riding horse, passenger up on ATV or Razor)

Late to Excursion Pick Up:

Chillax. We wait at 45 minutes for Excursions and reach out to you. No stress to rush out the ship line or pressure your slow group members;)

If your massage is first, we will send a different driver and may need to reduce your massage time to respect other spa appointments.
