Is tips and Taxes included?
Yes, all taxes are included. Gratuity is opitona for service, not included & always appreciated. You can tip in cash any currency is best, or venmo or zelle too. As a guideline 10% is nice tip if driver guide does well for you.
How many Activities can we fit in?
With a private tour, you can fit 3 tour activities or massage is stress-free shore day with back to ship guarantee.
With Pai Pai and Kayak are 2-hour activites, so those 2, when combined are best just 2, or take 8.30am pick up.
Even if the group is moving slow, we will cut the last activity to get you back to the ship, so we take care of you.
Keep in mind larger groups move slower often.
When do we pay?
After you meet your driver at port security, confirm itinerary, and are safely the vehicle on way to 1st Activity. Pay balance in cash USD or Venmo zelle with 5% fee (getting cash has fees in MX). You can pay your driver directly. If digital payment, just show them the confirmation screen on your phone.
Can I add friends the day before or even same daY?
Yes, bring your friends! If the fit in the vehicle reserved, at the per person price quoted. On short notice, if they don’t fit in the vehicle we may have to upgrade from car to minivan at no cost, or get a 2nd vehicle minivan for you.
Can I change Tour?
Yes, you can ask for tour activity modification 3 days before with no cost.
Are tours private?
Yes, all of our tours are private for your group to reduce waiting and give best service.
Where is pick-up?
Port Security for cruise shore excursions, just 6 min walk from ship door.
At your hotel airbnb in Ensenada, extra charge centro, maybe a bit more further away.
Downtown spa if you are driving into town.
Can we request custom drop-off?
Yes, anywhere downtown, on La Primera.
